I was actually impressed with Pink Minx Lingerie (and that's no small feat); after looking over their landing page I thought this was going to be some tiny site with a little specialty or niche stock - I was not prepared for how much selection they actually have. They carry huge burlesque fans, multiple styles and sizes of corset (even corsets for men), fancy socks, costumes, dresses, classic lingerie, shoes/boots, and the list goes on! Pink Minx is a UK based shop so all their prices are listed in pounds, but they do accept multiple forms of payment (including paypal). Returns are accepted up 7 days after dispatch but they will not cover shipping costs on returns or accept wrong-size returns; so make sure you ask them for help if you're not sure before you buy. - Shay

This interesting site is based in Vancouver, BC, and since I can wear only a very small number of their shoes, I'm the perfect person to write the review. Most of our staff is female, most of this site's shoes are for women, and I can just see the distraction now. "I can't write the review - I have to order all of these shoes right now!" They do have a few items for men, but their focus is on very attractive and sexy shoes for women. The sorts that help your local podiatrist to retire at a young age - not just 4" heels, but on up to 8" heels! Ankle boots, knee high, thigh high, and more. The shoes here will look good in the dungeon, but many of them will look equally good stepping out into mainstream society. Do read all of the fine print as to shipping and returns policy and such, all of which is clearly stated. In stock availability can vary by size and style and I always recommend that people buying such personal items get in touch with the webmaster to ask things like "can I get this by the 15th of the month" or "my feet run wide - how does XYZ model run?" and similar sorts of questions. Speaking as someone who enjoys fun shoes, especially those that are affordable, it seems that Candlelight Fashions is a goddess send. The majority of their shoes are under $75 (and some for much less), and they have a large variety of sizes, up to women's 12 (which can be incredibly hard to find). They have a decent return policy, but they do charge a $15 restocking fee, so keep that in mind when ordering. Sadly, their lingerie selection is pretty limited in selection, and is only available in "one size fits most" (which usually is not the case). All in all, I wouldn't mind a couple pair of shoes from here. - EssinEm

This is a very well designed and comprehensive online lingerie store. This is the online store for the UK fetish powerhouse Westward Bound. They have a wide selection of fetish wear, sex toys, shoes, and lingerie. They even have some of the more esoteric offerings like inflatable hoods. I think that some of the stand out items include a large leatherlook section (for those that don't want to invest in leather or who are philosophically opposed to it), and an extremely respectable collection of affordable corsets. There are an awful lot of uniforms offered here as well, including all the old favorites from police man to nurse. There is a rather broad selection of nuns (which I always appreciate). They even have a superman knock-off outfit, which I personally found charming and had not seen before. If you are lucky enough to come from the UK, then you can drop in to their brick and mortar store. If you live elsewhere, you can order online or receive their snail mail catalogues. The customer service info is all top rate. Be sure to read the sections on shipping and insurance thoroughly, and realize that all charges will be made in UK sterling. If you are a lover of fine high heeled shoes and boots, you will adore this store. Everything here is available in red, white, or black Italian leather (in matt or patent styles). They offer sandals, court shoes, boots, mules, and oxfords with heel sizes from 4-12 inches! I'm pretty sure that those 12 inch heels qualify as "skyscrapers" by anyone's definition. They carry women's sizes 3-8.5 UK, and men's sizes 7-12 UK. They make these boots to order, so if you have an odd size or special needs you can request a quote for their "made to measure" service. All of their contact, shipping, and customer service info is very upfront and clear. They are located in Devon, and a paper catalogue is available for a price. Be sure to note that while they can deliver anywhere, overseas delivery comes to around £20.00 per item. All prices are in UK currency, of course. This is a small online store that really doesn’t have a ton of products. The categories that have the most items are the shoes/boots and fashion accessories. The cost of items varies a lot from product to product. Some of the prices are very reasonable and others seem to be a tad bit expensive. What I did like about the website was that there are some very unique fashion accessories that I’ve not seen around the web a whole lot, such as corset backpacks, bondage body bag purses, etc. The website indicates that they don’t ship internationally but it’s not clear if that means they just ship within the U.S. or if that includes Canada. Shoes, lingerie and handbags, what more could a girl ask for? Well, ok, I mean things that you can order off the internet. This is one of the largest collections of shoes that I think I’ve ever seen. There are a multitude of ways to peruse through the shoes and boots, you can browse by heel height or by type of shoe you’re looking for. Guys needn’t feel left out; there are plenty of FUNky styles of footwear for you too. The site has an extensive customer service section that answers most questions you would have pertaining to your order. If you like lingerie FUNky Pair has a good selection that runs from S – XL in most cases. There is a great description of how the shopping cart works and it runs you through the process start to finish. Overall this is a well organized site and easy to shop.

I like this BDSM gear, adult toy, and lingerie store. It has a much more homegrown feel than most that you find on the web and lets you know there is a real person (rather than just a template) behind the design. That leads to a few glitches with frames, but it is worth it to read original words rather than completely pre-packaged type. You'll find all kinds of stuff here, from entry level goodies to fantastic treats for the erotic expert. You'll see books, bondage gear, shoes, fashions, lotions and lubes, men's fashions, novelties, sex toys, and much more (and it is all organized well). My favorite thing of all here is the purse section. Some of those are simply priceless! They offer plus sizes, and you can usually find a size chart for any piece of clothing you are looking at. One word: SHOES! If you are looking for a funky new pair of shoes and don't want to spend a bundle, then this may be a good first stop. I have a serious shoe fetish, and I found myself salivating as I surfed through page after page of neat little finds. They have platforms (up to 8 inch), pumps, boots, sandals, and shoes that span the spectrum from elegant to trashy. They even have a mary janes section that made my knees go weak. This site endeavors to be a classy and female friendly place to purchase mainstream lingerie, hosiery, leather clothing, clubwear, erotic jewelry (especially of the rhinestone sort), shoes, sexy costumes, holiday themed lingerie, and plus sized erotic lingerie/clothing (up to size 4X). The "Empire" link takes you to a huge DVD/toy store section. The DVD section is easily one of the most comprehensive and helpful ones I've seen. You can see the box, screenshots, read about each scene, and even look at reviews. My only issues? The size chart for the clothing is located in the "shipping and returns" section, which isn't very helpful. The descriptions of the merchandise on the main site are very short and not worth a lot. The descriptions of toys are often without a listing of dimensions, which is vital in making a choice. Due to the really accessible customer service and contact info (and the obvious commitment that they have to quality service) I am sure that they can help you if you contact them direct about those things.
