We used to get a lot more of these types of sites, and I miss them. This is one of those home grown personal websites that used to rule the web, before the blog explosion. It is written by Seeker's breath{MS}, and you can tell that she found the graphics and designed the place herself. It is full of articles she has written, resources she values, and a lot of personal opinion about D/s relationships. There are links to a myspace page and blog as well. In her mission statement she says, "Please, do not confuse BDSM with D/s. Even though D/s is a part of the three facets in BDSM it is not a fetish, it is a natural way of life." Her approach is very romantic, and she discusses ideas as diverse as the concept of a soul mate and meditation. I really love this sort of thing, even when I have a different take on some of it at times. This is when the web shines for me, when someone taps out their thoughts on a home computer and places a bit of themselves on the internet. That is what I was doing when Jane found me! This website advertises Dollie Llama's book "Diary of an S&M Romance". It is about a married couple living in Southern California that met through bondage.com. You can read the first chapter of it for free, and it links to places where you can buy the entire book. You can also download the whole thing as a free audiobook through podiobooks.com, which is just fantastic! This took a lot of work, so I hope you leave a donation. Dollie and her partner ThornDaddy have a regular podcast called "Submission and Coffee", and you can follow the links to download the free archive. It is a lot of fun! There are shirts, mugs, and links to myspace profiles as well. This site is very low tech and reminds me of the web back in '96, before a lot of slick groups got involved in marketing kink. It is rough around the edges, and full of great content. She also says the "F" word (feminist), and I have to love her for that. I intended to review this site ages ago. Just one problem. I couldn't stop LOOKING at the site long enough to write the review of the site. Now that's some damn good porn. The Training of O launched over a year ago (when we originally reviewed it) from the smut powerhouse Kink.com. Since then, they've updated each Friday like clockwork, so there is a pretty extensive archive now. Every site in their lineup features features ample content, amazing locations, hot interactions and gorgeous photography. Any site by Kink.com is going to be a real treat, and The Training of O is no exception. Each scene starts with the same premise: A submissive woman volunteers herself for four days of intensive slave training, all of which is documented by the Kink.com crew. The content is very hardcore in the sex/humiliation/bondage aspect, so be aware of that before you look at samples even. Before you join, you can view smaller images of recent updates and a sample movie, available in WMV, Real Player and iPod. All movies and images are downloadable. I found it fascinating to read the scene rules all actors must agree to before they can be filmed. The folks at Kink.com are committed to safe, sane and consensual activities. The scenes are extremely intense (and extremely hot), but it's made exceptionally clear that each action is done with the models' willing participation. Video is available either in smaller scenes or in one big 'ol download. There are hundreds of still photos for each episode, and the quality of these if far above the quality in your average porn site. Resolution is excellent, of course, but many of the shots end up with an altogether magical quality. An example? A macro shot of a foot curled in orgasm, with the rest of the performer's naked body blurred in the background. So suggestively sexy, in a way that stark gynecological genitalia could never be. Ann Jacobs is an award winning author of erotic romance novels that cover contemporary, BDSM, futuristic, paranormal, historical, and comedy genres. This website lists all of her novels and gives a brief description and excerpt from each of them. There are also a couple of free stories and links to her blog and yahoo group. I always love reading about authors, and she has a nice bio section and a lot of pictures. It seems that she really enjoys her fans, so there are lots of fun things like contests and free bookmarks. I noticed that she has a lot of futuristic science fiction BDSM stories, cowboys, harems, and medieval content. So, if any of those trip your trigger, you should definitely take a look here. This blog is written by Marcello, a thirty-something pansexual male from New York. Can I just say that I adore this guy? He writes about his sexuality, which includes a submissive nature. He talks openly and honestly about his foot fetish, love of anal play, and exploration of his own fluid sexuality. One of the most wonderful things about this blog, however, is his discussion of non-sexual male intimacy and vulnerability. I'm a great fan of kink and really enjoy quite extreme bdsm play, but what I saw here didn't really do much for me. I was disappointed that the tour overstated the material that is available in the member's area. The members are has 45 photo galleries, all from 2005, featuring various types of kink play, including tit torture, bondage, and what they call 'extreme pain' sessions. The photos were generally quite poor quality and looked pretty grainy in some cases and were often overexposed or poorly photoshopped. There are also 90 quicktime videos available, each of which has been broken down into multiple, easily downloadable, clips. Videos can be downloaded or streamed depending on your preference. Videos are generally good quality and are offered in low and high bandwidth options. As an added bonus the site has a number of licensed content feeds for members. Very underwhelming. - Wolfe

Don's been writing his Confessions of and English Gentleman for a while now and it shows - his prose is fluid and well thought out. His writing draws you in, making you submit your time to reading more - by the way, his is a D/s blog. Don is a Dom who enjoys not only inflicting pain and demanding complete obedience from his female subs, he also enjoys writing about it in exquisite detail. His blog a beautiful mix of stories and discussions on various aspects of the D/s lifestyle. Bolder Productions features high quality BDSM photo and video content. The content here is AWESOME, featuring over 260 photo and video scenes. Photos are top notch and are very high res and videos are offered in HD (1280x720) and DVD (640x360) quality windows media format. The videos download very quickly given the size of the media offered. My single criticism is that the site is not very intuitive to navigate. Scenes are organized chronologically only; viewers have no options to search scenes by theme/fetish or by participants in the scenes. Scenes are original and very edgy, yet retain the element of care between the participants in the scenes. The tops and bottoms seem to connect in a very real way and everyone seems to truly be enjoying their experience. Bolder Productions is a must see for folks that love edgy and real fetish content. This is one further fine example of the fact that the folks at kink.com know how to put together a smutty website. It's all high quality across the boards, from the sample images that tourists see to the final product downloadable for members. WhippedAss is themed on girl topping girl bondage and SM, and it is certifiably hot. The content inside is vast, and consistent in it's quality across a wide variety. Vixen is a cute blonde dominatrix from the UK with a penchant for documenting her kink play. You'll find scenes of Vixen spanking, flogging, trampling, and burning her bottoms with cigarettes, among other kinds of BDSM play. I wasn't particularly blown away with the site. There are only 15 photo galleries and 59 videos in the member's area, and the scenes depicted, while intense, seem forced and disconnected. On the plus side, the site is very interactive; there is a very active message forum that seems to get personal attention from Vixen. You also find contact information if you would like to arrange a professional sessions with Vixen. The bottom line here is you simply don't get enough content for the money.

I have become a huge fan of most of what Kink.com is doing across the board on their sites. I guess because they're using models who are into BDSM (even the "newbies" are there because they have an interest) it feels both more real and more consensual than lots of other BDSM porn I've looked at. The preview area of the site basically consists of an update log, with each weekly update having several large thumbnails, and a photo count and runtime of the video. The preview thumbnails will give you a great idea of what the content inside is like from a visual aspect, but still can't convey what each scene might be like to watch. Mostly that's because with the dozen or so different Tops who are on this site, the way a scene goes can be very different from shoot to shoot. My favorites were definitely the ones with more sensual and verbally gentle guys. I find it way hotter to be talked dirty to without it sounding mean. BUT that's just me, and for those who have different tastes, they'll find scenes they like here too. The Sex and Submission theme is definitely sex and S/M. It's not terribly heavy S/M, but flogging, electric play, nipple clamps and so on are pretty much always involved. One of the other things I liked was the equal focus on the women having orgams. It's kinda rare to see that in NON bdsm porn, but I would say that the women are getting as many, if not more, than their male tops in these scenes. Yay for that! In the members area you'll get all the scenes since the start of the site, in mid-2005. That's 100+ scenes, each with video and photos. The video quality isn't as high on the earlier content, but the new content has excellent large quality. You can either stream clips on WMV or you can download a zip file of all the content in one fell swoop. The download times were good and fast. The other thing that I actually liked for once was the user comments. For the most part they were respectful, and constructive - and it's kind of helpful when you find other users that share your interests to look at their comments overall as a way of figuring out which other scenes you might want to view. Although they do have a model section with models listed in alphabetical order, that feature fell flat in that it didn't link directly to the scenes on that site. Really a minor nitpick overall. I went into this review not knowing what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Voted the best bondage model in 2003, Jasmine Sinclair is a sexy, buxom, babe with a penchant for punishment! Members have access to over 13,000 high res photos and 7.5 hours of videos of Jasmine being put into bondage, spanked, tickled, and forced to have lesbian sex with her mistress(es). Photos are viewable online and are downloadable in zip format and videos are downloadable in zip files in low and high bandwidth options in wmv, and a high bandwidth option for real player. All of Jasmine's material is pretty to look at, Jasmine is an attractive woman, but the punishment seems more for visuals than effect. The site is easy to navigate and well laid out with the exception being that videos and photos are listed together under one heading. One of the strengths of the site, in addition to content quality, is member interaction; Jasmine has a journal, accepts scene requests from her members, and has a message forum to talk to her fans. Overall Jasmine has a great little site and the requests show she's really interested in what her fans want. The site preview boasts over 200 bondage and hardcore sex videos in the member's area and they certainly deliver. Each video has a detailed description so you can find what you are looking for easily and videos are offered in streaming format, using quicktime, with high and low bandwidth options. Most videos have a gallery of video captures, although at the time of review some of the links to the images were broken. ABV also has a dedicated photo section as that contains high quality digital images. There is also a lot of licensed content for you to view and they have links for a DVD and sex toy store as well as an external webcam network. The photo and video quality on the site is excellent, but I could never quite get into it. The content was there in great abundance but it lacked passion. In some sets the participants looked like they were disinterested and were just going through the motions to earn a paycheque. The premise of Dungeon Virgins is simple - you get to watch as first time female guests come to play in Randy Caretaker's dungeon. The content is quite good; you’ll find scenes of bondage, corporal punishment, forced sex between Randy and his ‘virgins’, and solo sets of the ladies. Every so often one of the dungeon virgins will pull a switcheroo on Randy and he’ll be the one being bound and tied instead of the ladies. The content is completely original; you’ll find approximately 87 videos, ranging from a few minutes to about twenty minutes in length, presented in quicktime, windows media, and ipod formats. There are also just over 60 high res photo galleries available. Unfortunately, the quality of the content is overshadowed by poor website design and navigation in both the tour and member's area. The sample video clip in the tour did not fit the frame size designated for it, and I also had issues with frame size with the streaming videos in the members area.
