Imagine heading to the Southern California desert for a weekend of hot-tubbing, sun bathing and relaxing -- all nude. Sea Mountain Resort offers that and more in a private, gated property. Check out the site for pictures of the rooms and grounds and descriptions of the many spa services offered. They seem to take security very seriously; you don't get the resort's actual address until after you've booked your stay. On-site directions will get you close, but no one but a registered guest can get within the gates. Women's comfort is also key. The resort does not allow single men, but they are very happy to host single women or groups for vacations, parties and spa services. Site design is not great. I'd have loved to see more images of the grounds and amenities. As is the case when considering any travel destination, it would be a good idea to read reports from people who have actually stayed at the property before you book. Just google the name of the resort and reviews and you'll find plenty. After doing just that, all I can say is "Sign me up now!" --aag

Sockswapper.com suffers from an unfortunate name, a name which I couldn't stop accidentally reading as Socks Wrapper. That brought on a dizzying degree of cognitive dissonance that I simply couldn't shake as my mind bounced between images of footware for sale and a presidential cat in a shroud. Things certainly weren't helped by the fact that there's very little quality content on the site. I expected dozens if not hundreds of kinky auctions; instead I found just a handful. This just-launched website started in January 2010, with a well-known slate of writers contributing articles. The site specifically focuses on sex education and advice for committed, heterosexual couples. You won't find anything especially ground-breaking here, nor is it related in a particularly entertaining manner. The site appears to mostly be a vehicle for promoting a contraceptive film birth control product, made more obvious by the fact that the associated Twitter and Facebook accounts are named "birthcontroloptions". In short, you won't find any sex advice here that will hurt you, but it's a big yawn.
Kasidie is a very nicely designed social community site for swingers. You have to join with a free account to access anything, but free accounts get quite a bit of access. You can set up a profile, and become "certified" without paying. Being certified involves proving that you're a real human, either by sending photo proof, or meeting another Kasidie certified user in person. You can search profiles, view profiles, view event listings, search for clubs by area, and so on. There are definitely areas that have a lot more areas than others - for example, my own area had only 4 other members close-by, but some areas have truly thriving communities here. Upgrading to paid membership mostly gets you contact benefits - the ability to email with other members, participate in forums and so on. This site is of a higher quality than of your run of mill Femme Domme sites; better graphics, better programing, etc. That said, it is not a very functional site. The writing on the about page is stark white on black, which is usually difficult enough to read, but they went a step further and chose a really convoluted font which makes it almost impossible to discern what it says. I'm still a little confused as to whether this is for one person, or a domination household. Some of the links were hard to find as they were a light color on a light background, and so on. When I (EssinEm) reviewed the site, the gallery crashed my browser twice, using Firefox on a Mac. (Jane's note: I visited also using Firefox on a Mac, and I was able to view the gallery section - one gallery for each person, "Mistress Alexia, Goddess Natasha, The Pet, and "The Bitch Boy" and each had a slideshow of medium sized images.) With the about page being so convoluted, it's almost impossible to tell what the point of the site is, but I'm guessing it's actually for pro sessions, as the contact page mentions it.
I wasn't sure for the first few posts exactly what kind of site this was, but after I scrolled through a few more posts, I started to get a better idea.
While some pictures (all nude) are taken by the blogger herself, others are sent in by her blog readers (some anonymously and some with names/URLs), and there is now a collection of nude photos, some candid some more professional...almost a post secret of nudity, if you will. I wish there was a little more writing/info to go with each, but I do "get" that the point is people contribute what they will, and I do really like the general concept of this site. This blog goes all the way back to 2006, and is still very frequently updated. Sadly, I couldn't find an actual "about" page, but it doesn't take much diving in to figure out that it focuses primarily on male submission fantasies, forced feminization, a bit of age play, and so on. The author categorizes posts quite well (there are a few switch posts in there too) and writes quite nicely.
